Here are the points from the last meeting, held at Sunset Restaurant on 4^th. November 1999.

Funds stand at P10,000
Project will buy sufficient line and floats for 30 new and replacement buoys; need to raise more money to pay for these
New buoys will be placed on: Pescador (4), White Beach (5), Tuble (2), Tongo (4), Badian (3)
Ensure that boat crews know to tie up properly - boats must to be tied to the mooring line attached to the rubber line, NOT directly to the buoy
10 buoys need to be replaced
There will be no buoys placed on the north side of Pescador - fish sanctuary area
Two lines should be used for most buoys, doubled up if necessary since short lengths of cut-off line are no use
Edi will place one buoy on White Beach o/s his resort
New buoys to be put out when materials have been assembled

To section off the entire coast and allocate responsibility for maintainance to different dive shops. No decision made.
Next on priority list are buoys for the House Reef
The formation of a core group (3-4 member) to meet more often to co-ordinate the activities and act as contact point for all Buoy business. No decision made.
Walkways from each dive shop to the edge of the reef. Many problems foreseen and noted that this will be a very expensive project, perhaps better not dealt with by this group . . .
